BASIC BALLET FULL CLASS – with founder Michael Cornell
BASIC DESCRIPTION
This basic adult ballet class is on our virtual schedule daily. The material is easy to follow along. Those who have difficulty with this material should consider our virtual ALIGN 1 total beginners workshop. In 2012 our adult beginner ballet workshop was the first of it’s kind and has been featured in VOGUE.
MICHAEL CORNELL
Michael created this program based on his 10 years as professional dancer with BalletMet and the decade after he spent as a Hollywood personal trainer. The Align Ballet Method has been the leader of the adult ballet movement since it’s inception.
INTERMEDIATE BALLET – FULL CLASS with Michael Cornell and demo dancer Chelsea Paige.
INTERMEDIATE DESCRIPTION
This 90 minute intermediate class is a general fundamentals class focusing on two part combinations. Michael discussed deep body placement and musicality. We hold these streaming classes daily.
QUALITY
We use a 10X remote zoom HD camera and apple airpods synced with zoom to broadcast high quality audio and sound. Pardon our masks. We are attempting to stay safe.

ADVANCED DESCRIPTION
In this 90 minute advanced ballet class Michael and Chelsea pull out all the stops. The material is fast, musical, and challenging. This class is a professional level of difficulty.
