Qualifications & Experience
Required:
Sales & Outreach Experience – At least 2+ years in sales, business development, or outreach, preferably in fitness, wellness, or performing arts industries.
Strong Communication Skills – Comfortable initiating conversations via email, phone, and video calls. Ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport with business owners.
Research & Lead Generation Abilities – Experience in identifying and qualifying potential business partners using online tools and industry networks.
Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented – Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet outreach targets with minimal supervision.
Basic CRM or Lead Tracking Knowledge – Familiarity with Google Sheets, CRM systems, or lead tracking tools to document progress.
Understanding of Ballet Studio Management or Performing Arts Industry – While not required, having a background or passion for ballet, dance, or fitness is a strong plus.
Preferred:
Experience working in ballet studios, fitness studios, or performing arts organizations.
Previous business-to-business (B2B) sales experience, particularly in licensing, franchising, or partnerships.
Social media outreach experience, particularly using LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook Groups for networking.
Additional Details
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + potential commission.
Hours: 5 – 10 hours per week (flexible scheduling).
Location: Fully remote, work from anywhere.
