NO PRIOR TRAINING REQUIRED. Join our 1 hour intro class and experience the intuitive Align Ballet Method training system. No tights, no shoes, no problem. Simply wear comfortable workout clothes for your first class and socks. Align instructor Zoe will introduce you to the basic fundamentals of classical barre work. If you enjoy this class you may consider joining our July 28th summer ALIGN 1 beginners workshop at the same time, day, and location. Held at the beautiful Live Arts Los Angeles Studio in Eagle Rock.
