A complimentary adult total beginning ballet class from The Align Ballet Method. Instructor Zoe Keijser. New students only please. No experience necessary. 1 hour. Wear form fitting workout gear and socks. Bring ballet flats if you have them. If you like the class you may considering registering for the 6 week workshop beginning the following week.
